Spicy Salmon and Sweet Potato Bowl
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place diced sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat. Bake for 25 minutes.
Place salmon fillets on a separate baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove sweet potatoes and salmon from the oven. Place sweet potatoes in a large bowl and top with salmon.
Garnish with fresh parsley, diced red onion, and diced red bell pepper. Serve warm. Enjoy!
